A wonderful professional oboist who after he retired played with my 'cellist husband and other amateur musicians. He was our lovely neighbour who sat with my husband when he was also dying from pancreatic cancer watching cricket on TV. He played the Mozart quartet with friends at the funeral. I have very fond memories of Neil.
